Our company first started business operation in the framework of the contracts of Polish companies in the Middle East. In 1977 to 1985, as a subcontractor of „Elektrim” – a company which was awarded some the contracts, we were involved in the construction of power stations and lines, as well as the petrochemical plants in the towns of Anah, Baschar, Baghdad, Diwaniyah, Hillah, Kirkuk, Mosul, Taji, Zubair in Iraq. As part of our work, we organized and provided logistics support. In the Middle East countries such as Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon and Jordan we provided services in the repair and maintenance of power transmission lines.

Since 1988, we operate in Poland – in the region of Mazovia, basically the metropolitan area of Warsaw. We were involved in a number of difficult tasks in cooperation with Unikraft, Budimex S.A., Exbud, Budexport, Piasecki S.A., and Dromex.

In 2001, we got direct contracts as an independent company. As a general contractor, we were involved in the construction of public utility buildings, industrial objects and transport-related facilities. We are also involved in the implementation projects in organization and maintenance of greenery, including conservator protected areas.

Our staff are experienced managers and highly qualified workers. We work with engineers in all construction industry sectors, dendrologists and landscape engineers, tree surgeons and gardeners.

Our fleet includes more than one hundred machines and other equipment, which met all the requirements and needs of a modern construction site and advanced projects.

The owner of the Company is Tadeusz Rutkowski, an experienced manager who gathered around him experts in their respective industries: construction, greenery maintenance and environment protection, which is confirmed by a number of excellent references.

Over the last ten or so years we have implemented hundreds of projects in Warsaw and in the region of Mazovia.
